I'm not quite to the point that if someone showed up in my driveway
with a trailer and told me that they wouldn't charge me to haul my MG
away, that I'd take them up on the offer.
After spending a couple RCU (Race Car Unit = $100) on refreshing my
old stock head, after finding out my ported head was cracked. And even
more money on a Trick Raching Shit solid copper head gasket, and a few
cold lonely nights out in the garage rather than, spending my time in
warmer places that have a higher density of women per square meter
(than 0), I finally fired the car up this afternoon.
I didn't even get it all the way warmed up before the gasket blew
rather spectacularly, spewing liters of water out the exhaust.
Sigh. Time to tear it apart and do a post-mortem.

I've found something worse than oldies station that play the music I used to
listen to. Oldies stations that play the "new" music I used to complain about.
