You can have the @ symbol as part of a hard disk filename and '.hlp' as a
suffix to an address book entry.  Either may or may not be one of the
symptoms of a virus but Google has nothing for it, however 'qmanual.hlp' is
a Quicken file, which would tally (pun?) with the earlier part of the full
name.
