I bought a set of Whitworth wrenches and sockets via eBay from a British
cycle shop in Florida (First Kick Cycles)

The wrenches are made by Acessa - the Spanish division of Snap-On.
Sockets are KoKen brand; Japanese, but high quality.  They are both
occasionally listed on eBay (BuyItNow) for about $10 less than the
website.
