More 74B steering info

I forgot this part from my earlier post.
I mentioned the black plastic knurled nut; I can find no picture or reference 
to this part in either the Bentley manual; the official B parts manual nor 
the Moss catalog.
Yet, there it is on the engine end of the inner steering column.
