Only slightly off topic,
There is a very nice looking pea green / early Brooklands green '71 Series
I XJ6 in Capistrano Beach CA. I flew out today to look at it. It's
scheduled to go into the shop tomorrow for a rad re-core and new fan
clutch. I'm going to look at it while it's in the shop and I can see the
underside while up in the air. There are a few things I'm aware of, but
basically I think it's a good solid car. The lift will tell.
If anyone knows this car and can show reason this man and car should not
join in marriage, speak now or forever hold your peace.
I will be driving it back to Nashville, going through the desert at night,
of course. Wish me luck. I'll be keeping in touch, should I be driving back.
