Can't help with a supplier (not least because I don't know where in the
world you are ...) but if the diaphragm is punctured it could contribute to
rough running.  In the meantime disconnect the vacuum pipe and plug the carb
(or manifold) port and time as normal.  Acceleration should be the same but
you will probably lose cruising MPG.
