Engine ID Plate

A couple of weeks ago someone asked about having a new engine ID plate made 
and one of the listers gave a guys name who makes them. At the time I didn't 
think I needed one and didn't copy the address. Last night I dug out my ID 
plate 
and found it has one end broken off. I'm  sure it was broken when I took it 
off but that was 6 years ago !!!! If anyone has the mans name and address I 
would aprreciate having it. Thanks Dave Matthews
