Not to be a butt-inski again, but if the switch is normally closed and opens
when there is oil pressure, that seems to me to be exactly what is needed. A
light connected to the ground (warning light) side of the switch would be
energized when the switch is closed (no oil pressure) thus lighting the
warning lamp.

The sender is pipe thread, no washer used.
The stock anti-run on switch is Normally Closed, it opens when there is oil
pressure. This is the reverse of what you want.
Just use a regular oil pressure warning switch of the correct rating and
pipe thread.
