Thanks to all who replied to my "machine gun" posts on Saturday.
As soon as I can get to the "Morris" Garage, I'm going to get started on
checking out the oil consumption problem in the 67. I've decided to order
the rubber sills covers, in spite of the extra cost.
I've vacillating between replacing the seats with Miata ones or newer MG
ones. I have two frames from the 74 parts car that I might decide to rebuild
also. Several said that their might be safety issues when using "foreign"
seats and making the necessary modifications to make them fit. This gives me
more food for thought, especially since the reason for replacing the ones I
have is safety concerns.
I had many listers wanting the seats from the 67B, but I think I may just
keep them around. As slow as I am at doing anything, it may take a while to
decide what I wish to do and then get it accomplished:-(.
