OK, I'm just about to start replacing some of the sheet metal (rocker panels, fender doglegs, etc.) on my '57 MGA. Most of the replacement pieces are painted or primered - but not very well. How should I cover these to prevent future rust - especially the insides of the rockers, etc? Primer? Weld-through primer? Primer and paint? Thanks Howard Battan Auburn WA '57 MGA |
