Not much.  Before anything else you should go through all the service items
like plugs, gaps, points, dwell/gap, timing, fuel delivery, and carb air
flow and mixture balance.  Also check for vacuum leaks round inlet manifold
gaskets, brake servo vacuum pipe etc.  Also possibly choked exhaust.
