I'm not sure of the height. I initially used two used ones on my 72B. I had
several extras so I took the ones that measured the correct height (it was
somewhere around 10" for the springs themselves as I recall). But after I
put in new rear springs and measured the car heights at all four tires, I
found one of the front sides was 1" lower than the other so I replaced the
springs with new Moss ones (264-375?) and now the front evenly measures on
both sides - chrome strip to middle of wheel at about 13.5". I did have to
put in the lowering blocks on the new leaf springs to get the heights to
measure similarly on the rear, except one side is still about 1/2" or so
higher.

In short, I would recommend putting in new springs as they are not very
expensive.
