Rocker arm torque settings

I can't seem to locate the torque setting for the four rocker arm nuts 
in either Haynes or the MGA shop manual. I seem to remember it as being 
somewhere around 30 lbs. Anyone know the correct setting? I also seem to 
recall that someone put up a web page with complete torque settings for 
MG engines.
