Thanks for everyone who replied.  We just checked and the head bolt torque 
seems fine.  The symptoms are that the car is using a gallon of water per 25 
miles, it appears to all be going out the tail pipe.  There is water in the oil 
too.  Looks pretty bad.  I have little alternative but to try to limp home in 
it.  I expect the bottom end to be wiped out when I get there, if I get there.

Anybody know of any V6 swap kits?
