Somewhat Embarrassing Question

Hi All,

I have a somewhat embarrassing question to ask. What is the proper technique
for operating the non-synchro first gear on my '66B? Since my first time
driving the car after 9 years of restoration was last week, I haven't really
had the opportunity to learn the process!
