Ye Gads! What a nightmare. It looks to me like one of those spirit circles UK farmers find in their fields! Or perhaps it was created by an impressionistic artist instead of a traffic engineer. I bet the designer never has to use it. Anyway it reminds mind of a whirling dervish with all of the little dust devils dancing around it. Or a preschool teacher trying to keep track of her wards.
