Nanjing bought the assets and shipped the production lines for the saloons
out to China. I believe they left the TF (convertible) line at Longbridge
and there has been talk of them restarting production but nothing yet. As
far as I'm aware spares/components are being produced and supplied from the
UK still. Like most motor manufacturers Rover and MG components were made
by outside parties, MG Rover just assembled them.
