Phosphor/bronze, silicon/aluminum/bronze and manganese/bronze allow tight
clearances and accurate geometry, but the main thing is better heat
transference.
I agree with Kelvin - if in doubt stick with regular guides.
Oh yes - they do not use brass for guides.
