Here's an update on the MGB Upper Trunnion Poly Bushings from Energy 
Suspension.

John Swauger of TRF talked directly to the manufacturer who stated that they 
are intended to be installed without reuse of the original steel sleeve.

That's the way I put 'em in last week and they seem to be just fine.
