Crankshaft to camshaft is 1/2 reduction.
Camshaft to tach drive is 5/6 reduction.
Overall reduction is 1/2 x 5/6 = 5/12  (0.417/1).
Tack drive runs 417 turns per 1000 crankshaft revolutions.
