Yes, they are.
There is a repair shop called Versteeg in Amersfoort, Netherlands who has
almost
anything in stock (including exotic parts like rectifier blocks for ACR-16 etc).

AFAIK parts are not very difficult to obtain.
Bearings are a standard part, I don't have the specs at hand but if you want
