Can't help with identity, but Clausager will be talking about pukka factory
units. There were enough MGBs sold to make it worth the while of other
manufacturers to offer after-market variations, probably several on each
continent.
As for value check Google. This http://tinyurl.com/6otaao offers several
types from #24 (except I can't see that fitting an MGB as it seems to have a
straight back edge) to #400 for a works unit.
