[Mgs] Barney's test

There is (or used to be) an upper limit on MGS posts, go above that and they 
are ignored.  I can't at the moment find out what that is, but I seem to 
remember it is a pretty small 2k or something.  I used to have to save the 
text to a notepad and check the size before posting, and sometimes split it 
into two.
