Sounds like a left-handed spanner, or a bucket of sparks for the grinding
machine...
I'd never heard of these, but Googling I see that description can be applied
to a bog-standard combination spanner i.e. one with a ring on one end and an
open of the same size on the other, or two opens of the same size but at
different angles.
What googling also showed is that there are any number of suppliers ...
