2003 Engine

I'm a member of the mini baja team at the University of Louisville and we have 
yet to recieved our engine for this year.  I was wondering if anyone has 
recieved their engine yet.  I know that the last date to order was mid 
Janurary, so I figured that it would be here by now.  Thanks.
