What has been the experience of teams who have included different parts
in the cost report document than are on the vehicle? In previous years
we have observed teams placing what they describe as "prototype model"
parts on the actual vehicle, while at the same time reporting "mass
produced model" parts on the cost report. What has been the response of
the judges? Have judges looked down upon this practice? Has anyone
heard anything about cracking down on this type of cost reporting?
