If memory serves, 7# is right.  I ran a 14# on my 4/4 for awhile until
someone warned me that Morgan radiators are prone to burst under too
much pressure.  It did, however, help w/ the overheating.  I think some
folks run as low as 4# to treat their babies very gently  Bottom line, a lot
depends on the condition of the radiator and how much of a risk-taker
you are!
