I have a 1949 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup that I subframed (1974 Camaro
front clip). The front end has been rebuilt - all new A-arm bushings,
ball joints, idler arm. Occasionally, at about 40-45 mph I get a front
end vibration that I feel back through the steering wheel. If I speed
up or slow down it stops. I've had two different sets of wheels and the
wheel/tire combination is balanced. The front end has been aligned.
Any ideas on what could cause this?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve
