Rebuilt M/C's are a waste of money. I've installed hundreds of M/C's,
and we try to use rebuilt's as little as possible....sometimes you have
to. Then you start the game of how-many-will-it-take-to-get-one-that-
doesn't-leak-out-the-back-immediately game. I think my record is 4.
Same goes for carbs and water pumps. Buy new, its well worth it.
