Yeah. Even with the bias ply, I've never had any big problems with
steering. (Coker tires.) The only time I have a problem is when there is a
big crack in the road. Not across the road, but lengthwise down the road,
and right under a tire. That will really push me. Some old roads that have
some pretty deep "ruts" from people driving in the same place all the time
will do the same thing to me.
My biggest concerns were the shaking (I didn't want something to fall
apart or break) - my brother's eyes (or something else) popping out of his
head - and the signs on the side of the road about deer crossing. Being in
the Adirondacks, I could just imagine a deer jumping out in front of me
when I'm going down a hill at 65.
