I have a good friend who has a '57 Chevy Truck. There is a dealer plate
imprint just barely visible on the tailgate. The vehicle has never been
painted.
He would like to find out where it originated from. The following is all
that he can make out..... We live in Alabama if that helps...... The truck
probably is from the south....
Tom Gi--r and it has the Chevy Bowtie beside that and below it is the City.
All I can make of it is 4 or 5 letters and it seems to end with a K.
