Hey,ive got a 53 gmc long bed....when i ordered some air shocks,i gave em all
the pertinent information,and they sent me the wrong shocks,and had to
exchange them.....a short bed uses 22 inch long shock extended wile the long
bed
needs a 24 inch length .you need a threaded post on top and an eye on the
bottom
for mounting......i hope that helps....steve
