I have just finished rebuilding my first engine and am close to test firing it
. I just added 5 quarts of oil and was wondering since its the first time to
add oil and everything is empty like the filter and lines if I should add more
oil, I used 10w-30 should i use something lighter for the break in period? also
the engine is a 235 and my original dipstick is gone is there an after market
one? could I make one of the chrome ones from oreilly's fit like modify it?
last thing is that ive been trying to find a new starter for a 50's CAR so I
could convert my push start to a solenoid where could i find a NEW one?
