I haven't seen electric valves but I used to drive a Kenworth semi and the air tanks for the brakes had a wire attached to the valve that came up to a handle. You could just pull on the handle to bleed the water from the tank without bending down and getting your face washed. These would probably work in a shop/garage just as well.
