I have found 2 mail order companies that I do do a good bit of business with:
Harbor Freight
Kitt
Northern Hydrolics also does mail order, but luckily we have an outlet
store here in Va. Beach.
I've found all 3 of the co.s to be quite easy to work with. In fact,
I have to give Northern a special at-a-boy. My parents gave me a
Dual Action (DA) sander for Xmas one year. I didn't try to use it
until June of July of the following year. When I did, it didn't work.
I took it to the store and asked if someone could show me how to use
it as I couldn't make it go round and round. They took me and the DA
into the back room, where they had a compressor. They tried it and
it didn't work. They asked if I had the receipt. I said no that it
had been an Xmas present from my parents. (It was well past their
warranty time.) The salesman that was helping me, simply went up
front and pulled a new one off the shelf, hooked it up to prove it
worked and said hope you enjoy it!
That's what I call service!!!
