I don't know about the length but 5.5" to 10" ones are available from
McMaster-Carr at $4.25 to $11.

Subject: looking for hemostats
Hi -
A friend who is rebuilding an airplane is looking for hemostats, especially
a very long pair - once upon a time he had one with 18" handles. A quick
look through my catalogs reveals no source. Can anyone recommend a
mail-order place where such may be obtained? (He's unwillling to travel
the 50 mi. needed to find a medical suply place, and doubly unwilling to
pay what they would undoubtedly charge. He's thinking of hemostats fit only
for mechanical work - ones you'd shudder to think of being used on any
living creature.)
