You already may have visited this page, but the Tool Shack has an
informative page on IR air impact wrenches, and other IR tools.  It
provides some detailed info (power, db, CFM) that may be helpful in
deciding--you have to love their IR2131-2, but they are asking $189.  If
I had not "fixed" my cheapie, I think I would go for this one, but would
try to find a discounted price
