Enco was purchased by MSC, the old Manhattan Supply Company (which is
not in Manhattan.) Current situation is confusing, with rumors
abounding. My guess is a very few stores will be converted to MSC
retail-type stores, but I have no inside info so it's a wild guess.

As near as I can tell, all Enco branches have had closeout sales. Some
are already shut, others still open. Strangely, I got a fairly thick
(1/4" or so) Enco sale catalog about two weeks ago.
