The K&N filters are much easier to maintain, of course, but I have read
several times that they are not as efficient as an oil bath cleaner. In
fact, I've heard that *nothing* is as good as an oil bath. Is there
anyone on the list who *knows* which is best, or whether the difference
is significant, or if there is some reason a K&N isn't appropriate for
old equipment such as tractors?
