Fire Damage

     Has anyone had experience with fire damage to a vehicle. 
     I was rebuilding a 70 Dodge truck.I had it stored in my 
     brother's garage. The garage burnt down last week. The 
     truck was disassembled,most of the parts were damaged 
     beyond recognition.  Nothing fell on the truck, so 
     nothing is bent. 
     
     Is the sheet metal worth saving? 
     Does the heat damage the metal?
     Will I run into problems repainting it?
