The method that has worked for me is to use a large syringe with a
short length of hose connected to the bleeder on the slave cyl. Fill
master cyl, open slave bleed and suck air/fluid out with syringe. May
take more than one try to get all the air out. Close the bleeder
between attempts. Don't run master cyl too low either...
