broken easy out

We had a thread awhile back and one of the group posted a note about a
chemical recipe to soften metal in order to drill out a broken easy
out.  He was so kind as to send me a copy and I filed it on my hard
drive.  Well you all know the rest of the story.  After a crash it is
gone and now I am in dire need of it.  I am hoping a copy is still out
there.  Any help?? Please.
