Depending on the epoxy, it might literally take years to cure at low
temperatures. There are epoxies which will keep for a long time (like weeks)
after mixing if the mixture is kept in a refrigerator <~40F. One example of
this is "prepreg" composites that are shipped and stored refrigerated.
