I don't know for sure, but I'd bet that's significantly more
expensive than the $2-500 it'll cost for a decent 3ph converter...
plus the better ones of those will let you adjust the speed of
the 3ph equipment its driving, or even reverse it.
Some people on the mill-drill list are even replacing their 1ph motors
with 3ph motors plus converters so they can set speed electronically
and not have to mess with belts.
