You hire an engineer, and then pour concrete the way he tells you to.
I agree with David... an engineer might be thought to be an unnecessary
cost but consider the cost of loss of equipment, pit and life if you wing
it... 14,000 #s over a pit wall makes mine pucker up a little... some
serious concrete, reinforcement and $$$ seem to be the answer... but I'd
want someone with concrete experience to tell me how much of each.... find
a good civil engineer for specs.
They make lifts that will handle that weight... might be worth it to design
a higher roof and install a lift... also useful for other vehicles around
the house and cheaper
