Tool Question

Has anyone heard of TRUPER TOOLS ?  I have recently found a source for this
brand of tools.  They appear to be of a very very high quality, better than
craftsman  more like Snap-On.  The wrenches are in a high quality polished
crime finish.  The pliers are very well made.

Any insight would be of help.
