Yup. Steve Carter ran a shop here in the Twin Towns. He had a Jag E-type
in the shop. The owner wanted the tape stripes off. Steve told me he was
going to use Easy-Off Oven Cleaner. Said he had done it many times and had
no fear using it on a customer's Jag. Since I never heard later that Steve
had been murdered by an irate Jaguar owner...
