garage door opener finale

yesterday we had an earth cleansing rain... buckets full...  and getting
out of the car to close the door then back in the car left me soaked...
it's amazing how soft you get when you try...

thankfully the replacement parts came in by FedEx in the afternoon and in
about an hour my door was driven again...  sure am glad to have it back...

not a complicated job and saved me about 150 bucks...   thanks for those
who suggested I repair instead of replace... come on by and I'll buy you a
cup of coffee and we'll watch my door go up and down like magic ;-)
