Bob, do you by any chance live in an area with oxygenated or alcoholic gasoline
? If so, picking up a tank of unperverted gasoline might let you squeak by on
the NOx test.
I also know a guy that can get almost anything to pass, if you happen to live
somewhere near Los Angeles. He once got one of my cars to pass with no pellets
in the converter !
