Ok, here is what happened to me (note, boaring story follows, but
information may be useful if you have this problem.)

About 2 months ago, my Windows 2000 server somehow got a time update and
thought it was the year 2025. Easily fixed, except that all my databases
had been "compacted" during that time and ended up getting a date of 2025
for the last modified. So if I tried to access to modify anything, I got a
"time to far in the furture" error.

So, I started building another server on a more powerful machine (what
better time to upgrade?) Then I replaced the old server with the new one.

My mail files where all messed up. To make matters worst, I have a
complicated mail routing setup. My MX record goes to a friend's Spam
assasin's linux box, then it's sent to me via a transparent relay.
Most of my mail was hosed. I had everything forwarded to a yahoo mail
account.

Then my company sent me to the middle east for work, so I couldn't work on
it! Once I returned, I got everything working together and everything was
fine. Until I posted here and got that dreaded "No such directory" error
message. Then I started to troubleshoot to figure out where the error was
coming from. First, I sent a message to a list member thinking he was the
list owner (sorry about that) 8>).
Then I finnaly started working with the list owner and with private cc:ing
of emails, I found that even though I was set to send message in plain
text, it was still sending mail with html (and not good ones) tags.

So, a lot more fiddling and I modified my web client to add a feature to
override the html code, and I can post.

So, if you are still with me, just make sure that you send emails to this
list in plain text format. 8>)

Care to share with the group your solution to the above problem? I
suspect Bill would like to know...
